I have attended 3 weddings of my friends organized by Romance in the last 3 years, 3 months ago it was the last one at Barceló Riviera Maya and they have all been great, without hesitation I will also hire them for my wedding!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para nada y cero recomendable, asi como otra persona que comento aqui, reserve y pague mi habitación antes de la fecha estipulada por la misma "organizadora" y zaz!! Me hablan 1 semana antes para decirme que no tengo ninguna reservación. ¡¿Osea, que clase de servicio de tercera brindan?! Me dio muchisimo coraje, porque yo si cumpli con mi parte de pagos en tiempo y forma y el servicio de estas personas fue bastante nefasto. Encima, la novia acomodando a los invitados en sus mesas, cosa que para nada le corresponde a ella, que deberia de estar disfrutando de su dia especial. Y todavia se escusan!! en fin, horrible servicio. Muy mala experiencia tanto para los invitados como para los novios.
For nothing and zero recommended, as well as another person who commented here, reserve and pay for my room before the date stipulated by the same "organizer" and zaz !! They call me 1 week before to tell me that I don't have a reservation. I mean, what kind of third-party service do they provide ?! It gave me a lot of courage, because I did fulfill my part of payments in a timely manner and the service of these people was quite disastrous. Above, the bride accommodating the guests at their tables, which is not up to her at all, she should be enjoying her special day. And they are still excused !! in short, horrible service. Very bad experience for both the guests and the bride and groom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Súper agradecida con todo el equipo de Romance Bodas. No negaré que hubo algunos momentos de estrés, pero fueron los normales durante el proceso de la planeación y las reservaciones. Ellas siempre al pie del cañón, hasta respondiendo fuera de horario y en fin de semana, son un equipo de alto rendimiento. Volvería a casarme una y mil veces y que ellas organicen mi boda. Alberto y yo disfrutamos tanto nuestra boda, ellas se encargaron de ayudarnos muchísimo ese día, junto con la coordinadora del hotel que también es un amor.
Super grateful to the entire Romance Bodas team. I won't deny that there were some stressful moments, but they were normal during the planning and reservation process. They are always at the foot of the canyon, even responding after hours and on weekends, they are a high-performance team. I would remarry a thousand times and have them organize my wedding. Alberto and I enjoyed our wedding so much, they were in charge of helping us a lot that day, along with the hotel coordinator who is also a love.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las recomiendo ampliamente, ellas organizaron la boda más hermosa, espectacular y divertida de mi mejor amiga! Todos quedamos súper contentos. Aún y que el hotel estaba llenísimo, durante la fiesta eso fue lo que menos importó. Al principio no quería reservar por medio de la agencia pero mi amiga me compartió su confianza en ellas y todo el proceso de reservación me hicieron sentir confianza y al final todo estuvo de 100.
I highly recommend them, they organized the most beautiful, spectacular and fun wedding of my best friend! We were all super happy. Even though the hotel was very full, during the party that was the least important thing. At first I did not want to book through the agency but my friend shared her trust in them and the entire reservation process made me feel confident and in the end everything was 100.
