Romano´s Macaroni Grill fue fundado y abre sus puertas al público el 19 de Abril de 1988.
El primer Romano´s Macaroni Grill reside en Leon Springs, Texas, aproximadamente a 20 millas de San Antonio. El antiguo edificio estilo restaurante a la orilla de la carretera fue una vez un salón de baile completo con un quiosco de música. Tenía pisos de concreto e incluso una rampa un poco en declive por la que se entraba. No es necesario decir que Phillip Romano tuvo la visión de transformar este viejo edificio en un lugar mágico, rico en cultura y tradiciones gastronómicas italianas.
El 22 de Noviembre de 1989, Romano´s Macaroni Grill se fusionó con Brinker International, en una compañía con base en Dallas, Texas, reconocida como un líder en la industria de la comida casual. Ahora tenemos más de 215 restaurantes pertenecientes a la compañía en 40 estados de la unión americana, así como franquicias en 10 países alrededor del mundo: Japón, Qatar, Taiwán, Egipto, Kuwait, Emiratos Árabes, Inglaterra, Canadá, Puerto Rico y México.

The staff was kind and the place is clean.
They had a guy playing the accordion and another singing in Italian.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to try a different pasta you should go here, you will find a diversity not found in other italian franchise restaurants. My favorite is the Pata Milano, creamy pasta with a hint of garlic, superb! The service is fast and waiters welcome you with a big smile, always. Arrive early on weekends, usually it is packed after 3 pm and waiting time is usually about between 20 to 30 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is ok and service is fast. There are better italian places you should go. The only thing I really enjoyed was the live music, very italian! Loved it! So, my advice is to order a glass of wine and enjoy the ambiance (stay away from the food unless you're really hungry!)

This restaurant is very delicious, you want to back more times because the food and de services are very good, you should try the lasagna bolognese and the dessert the cheesecake with chocolate or the tiramisú, If you are a past lover, this restaurant is perfect for you, don´t forget to share this moment with your friends, family or your partner.
The prices are not expensive and I think this restaurant it's worth it, in times of pandemic you can mark and pick up your food so you can enjoy it at home, the people are very friendly, and the services in all moments are excellent, I hope this comment helps you visit this great restaurant.
