 Terrible attention, sometimes they behave rude to the customer, they take a long time to bring what you ordered ... Anyway, improve your staff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sus helados y la fuente de sodas están bien. Lo que no me gustó es que la mesera nos llevó la cuenta sin que se la pidieramos, parecía que nos estaba corriendo del lugar, ni siquiera nos preguntó si queríamos otra cosa, deben mejorar eso.
Their ice cream and soda fountain are fine. What I did not like is that the waitress took the bill without us asking, it seemed that she was running us from the place, she did not even ask us if we wanted something else, they must improve that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es bastante agradable, al entrar parece un local muy pequeño, sin embargo al fondo el lugar es más amplio con mesas, sillones y hasta un columpio. También cuenta con un área con juegos didácticos para l@s niñ@s.

The place is quite nice, when entering it seems a very small place, however in the background the place is wider with tables, armchairs and even a swing. It also has an area with didactic games for children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es uno de mis lugares favoritos por sus precios ,no tan caros, por la comodidad ,por su ambiente familiar ,por el àrea de entretenimiento para niños y atenciòn del personal en cualquiera de sus sucursales. El sabor de lo que pidas es muy rico, ya sea un helado, un snnak, una bebida y los chicos son muy amables.
Hay algo que quiero hacer notar y no es culpa del personal en las sucursales grandes que son dos, hay fines de semanas no todos y días de vacaciones en que la afluencia de gente es mayor y no se dan abasto, se requiere paciencia y comprención.Yo sugerirìa al dueño contratar personal temporal q no lo hace y evitar las malas críticas y el estres al personal de siempre.
It is one of my favorite places for its prices, not so expensive, for the comfort, for its family atmosphere, for the area of entertainment for children and attention of the staff in any of its branches. The taste of what you order is very rich, be it an ice cream, a snnak, a drink and the boys are very friendly.
There is something I want to note and it is not the fault of the staff in the large branches that are two, there are not all weekends and days of vacations in which the influx of people is greater and they are not supplied, patience and understanding is required. I would suggest the owner to hire temporary staff that does not and avoid bad criticism and stress to the usual staff.
