Terrible experiencia ☹️ 900 pesos por la consulta y 200 por la limpieza de oído. Al final pague 1100 por la limpieza porque la consulta no me sirvió de nada ya ni siquiera compré los medicamentos que me recetó ?. En general el personal amable. Médicos y hospitales y hasta hoy mis hijos no se han vuelto a enfermar infecciones en vías respiratorias agudas. Cuando pregunté a la señorita el por qué no me atendían si tenía CITA desde las siete, salió con la excusa de que "tuvimos una emergencia y nos retrasamos". En ese caso ¿por qué no me llamaron para reagendar? Perdí mi valioso tiempo y lo peor me expuse a lo tonto saliendo de casa. ¿Qué no saben que estamos en emergencia sanitaria por el covid? Pierden el expediente y nadie sabe dónde está y como si no pasara nada, como si mi tiempo y dinero no valiera nada. Además me lástimó el oido al hacer la limpieza me dió la impresión que no es Otorrino. Cobra mil pesos la consulta más 200 de limpieza y te quieren vender sus medicamentos sublinguales sin etiqueta. Fuí con otro Otorrino y me di cuenta de la diferencia. APPALLING. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. I can tell after 5 visits that your team is very unprofessional. They give you an appointment and make you wait 35 minutes. They lose the file and nobody knows where it is and as if nothing happened, as if my time and money were worth nothing. Me hicieron esperar una hora, excusándose de que llegó una urgencia (para urgencias está el hospital), forzosamente le quería dar antibiótico a mi madre, al realizar la receta le preguntaba constantemente “¿qué medicamento quiere “x” o “y”?” Y claramente yo no sé, pero el quería que yo decidiera, hacía la misma pregunta una y otra vez “¿tiene tos?”, como si no retuviera las conversaciones, habla muy bajo y no se le entiende, usa solamente términos médicos que uno no entiende. Muy mal servicio en general. THE WORST OTORRINO. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT GO. Una consulta de 1000 pesos se convirtió en 3000 por sus medicinas... No regresaremos y cuidado si van.
