Mar se portó súper bien la verdad, yo esperaba mejor respuesta de Romina ya que fui muy recomendada a su estudio. En fin, Me colocaron otro matiz. La recepcionista junto con otras chicas no hacían más que chismear y ver mal, eso me hizo sentir súper incomoda, como si no tuviera el derecho de decir que no me encontraba satisfecha. Honestamente me hicieron sentir mal. Al final al momento de irme me hicieron esperar para sacar mi carro, esperé más de 15 min porque no me abrían la cochera debido a que estaban cobrando a otro cliente o al menos eso me dijeron. Espero vean mi comentario y se pongan las pilas con el servicio al cliente, eso te puede llevar muy alto o puede hacer que tu negocio caiga. Les recomiendo den seguimiento a sus clientes. Pd: comentario con las mejores intenciones. I went to have a bleaching done months ago, I didn't like the tint they put on me and I contacted them days later to have them check me out because I didn't feel comfortable. Mar behaved really well, I expected a better response from Romina since I was highly recommended to her studio. Anyway, they put another shade on me. The receptionist along with other girls did nothing but gossip and look bad, that made me feel super uncomfortable, as if I had no right to say that I was not satisfied. They honestly made me feel bad. In the end, when I left, they made me wait to get my car, I waited more than 15 minutes because they did not open the garage for me because they were charging another client, or so they told me. I hope you see my comment and get your act together with customer service, that can take you very high or it can make your business fall. I recommend that you follow up with your clients. PS: comment with the best intentions.

Ayer tuve que ir a corregir el corte en otro sitio, tengo mechones cortos y largos por todo el cabello, algunos sobresalen y otros están escondidos debajo de la primera capa de cabello, en gran parte no puedo hacer nada más que esperar a que crezca, entre otros incidentes durante mi visita, por el precio esperaba muchísimo más. I was disappointed, they highly recommended the place to me and I went with all the confidence that they would cut my hair as they saw fit. Yesterday I had to go to correct the cut elsewhere, I have short and long locks all over my hair, some stick out and some are hidden under the first layer of hair, for the most part I can't do anything but wait for it to grow out, Among other incidents during my visit, for the price I expected a lot more.
