★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio nefasto. La primera vez que viajé tuve problemas con el equipaje. Esta vez no había boletos para hoy en otra compañía así que volví a comprar no boleto aquí. Para empezar le subieron mucho el costo por la temporada, y el autobús que abordé es un guajolotero súper incómodo. Además que el chofer me quitó mi boleto por que "esos se se quedan a él", obviamente le exigí me lo regresara y no le quedó de otra. En verdad, un pésimo servicio. No lo vuelvo a utilizar.
Nefarious service. The first time I traveled I had problems with luggage. This time there were no tickets for today at another company so I went back to buy no ticket here. To start with, the cost for the season went up a lot, and the bus I boarded is a super uncomfortable turkey. Also, the driver took my ticket from me because "those are staying with him", obviously I demanded that he return it to me and he had no other choice. Truly a lousy service. I will not use it again.

En el área de atención a clientes por los medios disponibles de línea telefónica y área de taquitos y paquetería cuál sea es tardado.nunca contestan . está la de mil. Información en PAQUETERIA tardado después de una hora .en mi caso particular y hablo de 3 veces que e requerido el servicio del 1 al 10 le doy 3. Buena empresa pero recomiendo mejor capacitación al personal en todas las áreas . recordemos que los pequeños detalles en masa hacen la gran diferencia entre la competencia.llevo 15 años aproximadamente que viajo con ellos y los e visto crecer ánimo se puede lograr mucho más.bendiciones sra Rosario.

In the customer service area by the available means of telephone line and taquitos and parcel area, which is delayed, they never answer. there is a thousand. Information in PACKAGE delayed after an hour. In my particular case and I speak of 3 times that I have required the service from 1 to 10 I give it 3. Good company but I recommend better training to staff in all areas. Let us remember that the small details en masse make the big difference between the competition.
