Around 5 other workshops had already told me that it couldn't be done. - They arrived in good time at the location where we checked the car. - Everything was dealt with in a very transparent manner with the owner of the car, the tests that were going to be carried out were explained to him. - He showed me the result of the scan to the car and we went reviewing one by one the modules of the vehicle and the errors that he had marked during the scan. - Additional, even though I paid for the service in cash, they sent me an email receipt. - The following I do not see as a cons, but perhaps the prices compared to other workshops is a little higher, but the truth is that you take the confidence that they will provide you with a job well done. Call for a quote to install and program my vehicle's tire pressure sensors. $1,600 to program and $1,200 to mount the sensors. I called several other tire shops and for mounting they charged me between 600 and 800. I asked if they could program anything else and even the don who attended me got angry. In the end I went to Michelin and they charged me $600 for the montage and I went to ABC and they charged me $750 for programming. I will never go or give good references to Rootart. Very expensive and very poor attitude. They believe that they are an agency to charge just like them and with that same pedantic attitude. No, thanks! And just as I thought, the business response to my review is attacking and pedantic. Of course one can comment on the price of the service. And trying to dismiss the person for paying just enough for a job makes it even more pedantic. I do not put a price on anyone's work, but I do believe in paying what is fair for a service. It doesn't make me feel bad at all to have saved 107.5% (more than double!) of what it would have cost me in that business. Programming the sensors took 15 minutes, however I understand you have to pay for the technician, equipment, and overhead, but double what it costs elsewhere? It's not worth what you charge brother.
