Todo súper mal me siento muy insatisfecha con este servicio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad es que estaba inseguro de realizar una compra con ellos por los comentarios anteriores, pero en realidad me resulto muy buena la atención que me dieron así como las facilidad para que yo realizara mis pagos si me pareció buen servicio y no tuve problema alguno. Si recomiendo mi experiencia si fue buena.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengan mucho cuidado con esta empresa y sus diferentes páginas (Optivision Mobil, Optica Monkey), estafan a la gente con "lentes a crédito" pero realmente nunca les dan seguimiento a sus pedidos, tuve una mala experiencia ya que reporte varias veces mi pedido y el ejecutivo en linea nunca me atendió o supo dar solución, fui a su dirección y me dejaron bastante tiempo en espera.
Be very careful with this company and its different pages (Optivision Mobil, Optica Monkey), they scam people with "lenses on credit" but they never really follow up on their orders, I had a bad experience since I reported my order several times and The online executive never attended me or knew how to give me a solution, I went to his address and they left me waiting for a long time.
