★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a skillet breakfast here, eggs over all the extras. Was big portions and good price. Best breakfast on my vacation. A must do for the Hungry traveler. Needs better bathroom. Very good service and friendly staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enjoyed having breakfast in Roosters for years, but the quality of service is going down rapidly. I ordered chilaquiles. It arrived cold with spaghetti sauce poured over it. My husband had the thinest omellete I seen. To get tortillas for him was slow, he has almost finished his omellete, when it arrived. Another disapointment is their washroom cleansiness. Oh well. Had many good years here, now its time to look elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ our favorite place for breakfast love the huevos bravos. just one thing the owner Gary was unloading on what we assume is the manager should not do that infront of costumers. And the owner shuld were a mask when he comes to my table.

Rooster's. Both were evening meals. It has a very limited evening menu. Our first experience was good. The second was poor.
On both occasions our waitresses were attentive and efficient. Overall, I would say this restaurant is significantly overpriced for the quality and selection of evening meals. It is associated with Papa Gallo's, which we also found overpriced and merely okay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So hit or miss. The recipes are good but some of their cooks are absolutely worthless, or maybe it's just a bad new cook? Super slow even when they aren't busy and then the food is poorly cooked. The servers are usually ok, but the owner really needs to take control of his kitchen. If he ate what I've been served the past couple times I've been in there he'd flip his lid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the skillet.... The potatoes were wildly undercooked, and the whole bottom layer of the skillet was just grease... Looked a lot better than it tasted and made me feel a little queasy..
