Mal atención, la señora que atiende muy altanera, le falta don de servicio, solo por eso perdio una venta ropon y todo al ajuar, pero sirvio para encontrar otro lugar mejor.

Tienen una pésima atención al cliente, desde que llegamos estaba una chica en el celular, saludamos y no nos contestó pensamos seria porque no nos escucho; tienen una vitrina con algunos ropones en exhibición, le preguntamos si eran los únicos modelos y muy grosera contesto, "todos son diferentes no tenemos el espacio para dejarlos a su vista"; cuando le pedimos que nos enseñara lo que tuviera en tonos ivory comenzó a enseñarlos muy de mala gana, solo los descolgaba y ponía uno tras otro sobre el mostrador (sin permitirnos ver los detalles), nos mostro uno color caramel y le dijimos que lo queríamos mas claro y muy muy molesta nos dijo: "a ver ustedes no quieren blanco por eso se los estoy mostrando, que acaso no saben que nunca los colores de las telas son iguales, no pueden existir ni los hilos iguales, la gama de Ivory es muy variada"... Obviamente no puedes tratar asi a un cliente, mejor le dijimos gracias y nos salimos. En el trato pareciera que te van a regalar las cosas, YO NO RECOMIENDO ESTE ESTABLECIMIENTO.

Pésimo servicio y la Sra. Lorena pésima actitud y falta de profesionalidad. A mi recomendaron el lugar, para no comprar en la cadenas grandes y darles oportunidades a empresas pequeñas, los ropones son bonitos pero el trato y el servicio es pésimo. Nunca contentan a tiempo, fui yo quien realizo la llamadas para darle seguimiento, no tuve accesoria para la talla de mi bebe y me dijo que con talla 1 estaría bien, al recibir mi paquete (porcierto anoto mal la dirección en paqueteria y fue un rollo que se me entrega el paquete, quedo en apoyarme y jamás hizo algo) le probé el.ropo. a mi bebe y resulta que le quedó chico, solocite el apoyo para el cambio de talla, años en responder para mi ma suerte la entrega del paquete de devolución se atravesó el punto del 20 de marzo y la señora no tuvo la delicadeza de comentarme que el martes tampoco abriría, hoy miércoles le hablé para pedir seguimiento a mi cambio ya que mi evento es para el 26 de marzo y tenias el tiempo justo y ahí fue el tema principal " la encarga me comento que ella no sale corriendo por cualquier cliente, por solo un paquete que ella espera juntar varios paquetes, dijo que tenía mucho trabajo y que ella ni ganaba más que $200 pesos por ropon" creo que principalmente los clientes son la prioridad y le falta mucha calidez humana y atención al cliente, al final lo que no quería hacer termine comprando las cosas de mi bb en Liverpool! Por favor, no comprenden en locales donde hacen sentir al cliente que no es importante, ya que gracias a nosotros como clientes se hacen las reclamaciones y hacen los trabajos prósperos, yo entiendo que no se puede salir corriendo por un solo cliente ya que todos son importantes, me molesto, su falta de atención, que no me diera solución y solo me culpaba de su falta de comunicación y organización. Por otra parte hablo con mi esposo y bueno me culpo de todo su mal servicio. En mi teléfono se graban las llamadas y espero pronto subir el audio a las redes y puedan juzgar por ustedes mismos la falta de calidad y profesionalismo. Los clientes merecen respeto y atención. ¡No compren!
