★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atención al cliente pésimo. Se llevaron a mi perro y ni siquiera me explicaron nada. En el momento que yo llegue no estaba al dueño, así que me tocó esperar a que apareciera, por lo que opte mejor por llevarlo a otro lugar. Para llegar al lugar, el último tramo está muy feo, especialmente si vas en temporada de lluvia. Definitivamente nunca vuelvo a este lugar.
 Terrible customer service. They took my dog away and they didn't even explain anything to me. At the time I arrived, the owner was not there, so I had to wait for him to appear, so I chose better to take him to another place. To get to the place, the last section is very ugly, especially if you go in the rainy season. I definitely never go back to this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevamos años usando el servicio de Roraima Canine. Nuestro perrito adora al dueño que es Freddy. El es muy bueno con los perritos, nos manda fotos y videos de cómo convive con los demás. Nuestro perro es el más feliz cuando está ahí. Lo recomiendo al 100% no se van a arrepentir.

Y Niko regresó feliz lo bañaron y lo perfumaron. No me resta más que agradecer al entrenador Freddy por su ayuda. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Cumplieron con el tiempo que establecieron desde un principio.
Ahora se está readaptando a nuestra casa pero es notable su cambio de comportamiento.
Sólo sería bueno si les dijeran con anticipación a las personas el tipo de collar que necesitará su mascota para que lo puedan tener al momento de recoger a su perro, ya que es parte esencial para su comportamiento.
They are very kind, attentive and flexible. They solved all my doubts. The dog seemed happy during the time he was in training.

Now he is readjusting to our house but his behavior change is remarkable.
