★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las instalaciones están bastante lindas pero no me hicieron bien el diseño que pedí. Me quedaron manchadas varias uñas además que la señora que me atendió se portó bastante grosera y al final me cobró de más. Definitivamente no volvería al lugar.
The facilities are quite nice but the design I requested did not suit me. I had several nails stained and the lady who attended me was quite rude and in the end she overcharged me. I would definitely not go back to the place.

- : me hicieron los pies y las manos en el mismo tiempo. No estaba cómoda y la chica de las manos casi me regañaba cada vez que me movía (obvio, estaba mal instalada). Me hicieron sangrar las manos como 3 o 4 veces con la lija pero igual deje 20% de propina y ni siquiera me contestaron cuando dije “adiós” y que me fui. No hay muchas opciones de colores de gelish
Una amiga me había recomendado ese lugar pero la verdad estoy decepcionada y No me da ganas de volver.

-: my feet and hands were made at the same time. I was not comfortable and the girl with the hands almost scold me every time I moved (obviously, it was badly installed). They made my hands bleed like 3 or 4 times with the sandpaper but I still left a 20% tip and they didn't even answer me when I said "goodbye" and left. Not many gelish color options
A friend had recommended this place to me but the truth is I am disappointed and I do not want to go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me fui a hacer el mani el día viernes, la chica que me atendió fue cuidadosa y amable. Al día siguiente, ni habían pasado 24 hrs y se estaba despegando el gel de una de las uñas, fui a ver si me lo podían arreglar y otra chica, en tono muy descortés me dijo que tenía 5 días para hacer mi reclamación y que no podía atenderme, le expliqué que me iba de viaje y que no me era posible, su respuesta fue la misma. Me dijo que cerraban a las 3 pm y que tenía citas y ella no podía, y que quién tenía que arreglarme era quien me atendió.
Nada de empatía y grosera, que tanto tiempo le quitaba ayudarme con una miserable uña!!! Totalmente ineficiente en solución a problemas. No volvería a ir solo por no tratar con ella.
I went to do the mani on Friday, the girl who attended me was careful and kind. The next day, not even 24 hours had passed and the gel was peeling off one of the nails, I went to see if they could fix it and another girl, in a very impolite tone, told me that I had 5 days to make my claim and that no could attend me, I explained that I was going on a trip and that it was not possible, his response was the same. She told me that they closed at 3 pm and that I had appointments and she couldn't, and that whoever had to fix me up was the one who attended me.
No empathy and rude, it took so much time to help me with a miserable nail! Totally inefficient in solving problems. I wouldn't go back alone for not dealing with her.
