 Buying my dress at Rosa Clará was an incredible experience, Tere, my personal advisor, showed me all the models of the style I had in mind, she answered all my questions since it was the first time I tried on wedding dresses. Las atenciones de Haydeé hicieron que fuera una muy buena experiencia, se tomó el tiempo de mostrarme varios modelos, de hacerme atinadas recomendaciones y de responder a todas mis preguntas, creando un ambiente muy profesional y cálido.
Podría mejorar la experiencia si las reglas que tienen por pandemia para las citas se aplicaran igual a todos, ya que a mi hermana no la dejaron entrar porque ya seríamos 3 personas, pero a otra visitante que no tenía cita sí la dejaron entrar con dos acompañantes.
All the dresses are very cute and of excellent quality. Haydeé's attentions made it a very good experience, she took the time to show me several models, to give me sound recommendations and to answer all my questions, creating a very professional and warm atmosphere.
It could improve the experience if the rules that they have due to the pandemic for appointments were applied equally to everyone, since my sister was not allowed to enter because we would already be 3 people, but another visitor who did not have an appointment was allowed to enter with two companions .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Súper buen servicio, pero deberían de tener mas variedad de tallas para todo tipo de cuerpo, ya que no existe ha cambiado muchísimo el estándar de cuerpo que ofrecen. Pero cabe destacar que el servicio de Tere Minero fue muy buena, muy amable y servicial todo el Tiempo.
Solo por el gran detalle de que no tienen medidas para poder cubrir todas las tallas, les recomiendo tengan una mediana y una grande, así pueden jugar con sus pinzas y adaptarlas a todos los cuerpos, les doy 4 estrellas pero en cuanto a servicio es de 5 estrellas.

El personal pudiera mejorar en la atención, fueron muy poco cálidos.
Los felicito por sus mediadas de seguridad COVID, y entiendo que por lo mismo no puedan prestar batas a las novias mientras se prueban los vestidos, recomiendo que cuando confirmen las citas pidan a las novias llevar sus propias batas, ya qué hay que esperar un rato en el probador en lo que suben y bajan cada uno de los vestidos.
