★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se nos vendió un viaje a islas mujeres y nos hicieron esperar 2 horas para decirnos que estaba descompuesto. Fuimos 190 personas a quienes sobrevendieron y solo nos han devuelto parte de lo que pagamos. NO RECOMENDADO.
They sold us a trip to Isla Mujeres and they made us wait 2 hours to tell us that it was broken. We were 190 people who were oversold and they have only returned part of what we paid. NOT RECOMMENDED.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible servicio! No tomar tour con este operador. Te venden paquetes mas caros diciéndote que incluyen cosas y experiencias que luego no se realizan. Se desentienden del problema traspasándole la responsabilidad al Cliente dando excusas inválidas en vez de indemnizarte por el mal rato y el engaño.
Awful service! Do not take a tour with this operator. They sell you more expensive packages telling you that they include things and experiences that are not realized later. They ignore the problem transferring responsibility to the Client giving invalid excuses instead of compensating you for the bad time and deception.
