I scheduled an appointment on April 22 and today, May 3, I arrived and they did not want to attend to me, they told me that they did not schedule my appointment. Bad first impression, I hope they can be more careful. (There were two services, it was a birthday present. We were really disappointed). They did tell me to come in and sit down, but at no time did they tell me that they were going to see me at that time, they just repeated that they didn't have me on their agenda, that they were full and they asked me when I had scheduled. I showed them the chat, and the girl who attended us returned to her desk, at no time did she tell us that they were going to attend us at that same time, even after I sent a WhatsApp message 5 minutes after leaving and they did not tell me that they were going to attend that same day, they only repeated to me that there was a mix-up but they did not tell me that I could return.
