★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty good for BBQ in Mexico. The quality is hit or miss. Sometimes the meat is really dry.
The side dishes come in about the size of a dressing dish.
You will probably pay about 10 dollars a person.

Cold slab of ribs served in less than 5 mins barely enough time to plate the dish
The chicken salad was nothing to write home about either proper over cooked chicken
Verdict never again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been to Roscoe's several times, and unfortunately the quality is not the most constant. The coleslaw was, to be honest, horrendous, but the time before last it was good. There were no biscuits, and they'd been substituted for sliced baguette... ??♂️. No barbecue restaurant should EVER not have biscuits. Some of the brisket was a little tough, and the ribs.. well you could easily get better ribs at Applebees, which is sad. It's a real shame that Roscoe's hasn't been able to maintain a constant level of quality in their food, because if they did I'm sure they would be packed with guests. Too bad. I'll be back though, and I guess I'll find out if my comments have made a difference.
