Cuando realizas un pedido especial de un pastel (con un dia de antelación) no tienen compromiso de entrega.
Pedi el pastel apartado un dia antes (me confirmaron que no habia ningun problema) y cuando llegue al dia siguiente solo me dijeron "no me aviso mi compañera del pastel apartado", asi sin mas quede mal con el pastel que iba a entregar para un cumpleaños.
They are rich in their cakes .... however they have a big problem with customer service.
When you make a special order for a cake (one day in advance) they have no delivery commitment.
I ordered the cake set aside the day before (they confirmed that there was no problem) and when I arrived the next day they only told me "my partner did not notice the cake set aside", so without further ado it was wrong with the cake that I was going to deliver for a birthday.
