★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen servicio x parte de los oftalmólogos me gustó mucho como atendió a mis hijos y aclaro todas mis dudas saque cita para las 4 de la tarde y me tuvieron esperando 40 minutos afuera pero fue x culpa de vigilancia ya que estaba en otros asuntos y no atendiendo a la gente pero de Ai en fuera todo muy bien

Me gustaría comentarles que hace aproximadamente una semana fui a realizar una devolución, siempre me han atendido muy bien, y llevo años feliz con su trabajo, sin embargo particularmente en esta sucursal (Antonio Caso) uno de sus colaboradores, la cual no quiso darme su nombre y se porto muy déspota conmigo, no tengo el nombre pero recuerdo que es la supervisora por que pedí hablar con ella, su actitud no fue la mejor y tiene una pésima atención al cliente, considerare el volver, tal vez ya no a esta sucursal. Espero que tomen medidas para no mermar sus ventas.

Al día de hoy dan unos paños corrientes que solo baten la mugre y no limpian, eso si siguen cobrando igual de caras las micas, estos lentes salieron arriba de $3,000.00 con armazón de $200 ??♀️ mínimo inviertan en los paños que si limpien ?
