Me estoy quejando porque el señor Juárez se negó a recibir mis anteojos MICRO MEGA porque según el este tipo de anteojos NO cuentan con ninguna GARANTIA. Para resolver este problema, me gustaría que la empresa Ópticas El Rosedal me informe si es cierto lo dicho por su empleado.
Le pregunté al señor Juárez sobre la garantía y me dijo que no se podía hacer nada al respecto, pero me lo dijo de una manera grosera. Creo que esta respuesta es injusta porque los anteojos MICRO MEGA están garantizados de por vida. Quisiera una declaración por escrito que explique la posición de su empresa y lo que hará con respecto a mi queja.
I want to make a complaint about the poor service I received from Mr. Aaron Juárez.
I am complaining because Mr. Juárez refused to receive my MICRO MEGA glasses because according to him this type of glasses DOES NOT have any GUARANTEE. To solve this problem, I would like the company Ópticas El Rosedal to inform me if what was said by its employee is true.
I asked Mr. Juárez about the guarantee and he said there was nothing that could be done about it, but he told me in a rude way. I think this answer is unfair because MICRO MEGA glasses are guaranteed for life. I would like a written statement explaining your company's position and what it will do with regard to my complaint.

David el Optometrista es una encanto, tiene mucha paciencia y me ayudo a encontrar mis lentes perfectos y con los niños también súper cariñoso y paciente para hacerles sus pruebas.
