Esto sucedió antes de la pandemia, pie lo que los guarde durante 8 meses y hace unas semanas lis utilice y estaban como manchados. Lis lleve a la tienda para que me los cambiarán, y ellos quedaron en avisarme porque los iban a enviar a su "laboratorio" para analizar por qué estaban así. Nunca me llamaron y acudí para ver qué pasaba, y me dijeron que NO ERA POSIBLE CAMBIARLOS PORQUE SUS EXPERTOS DECÍAN QUE A LOS LENTES LES HABÍAN DERRAMADO ALGÚN TIPO DE ÁCIDO" Lo cual es mentira porque permanecieron guardados. Yo soy química y no pudieron explicarme por qué aparecieron manchas pequeñas sobre los lentes. Si se les hubiera derramado cualquier líquido corrosivo, ni hubieran aparecido sólo manchas. NO RECOMIENDO LOS PRODUCTOS QUE VENDEN EN ESTA ÓPTICA POR SER PEORES DE LOS QUE VENDEN FUERA DE CUALQUIER METRO, ADEMÁS SUS PRECIOS NO SON NADA BARATOS.
Fatal after sales service. I bought some polarized sunglasses, which according to the seller were the best. I am a chemist and they could not explain why what small stains appeared on the lenses. If any corrosive liquid had been spilled, or only stains had appeared. I DO NOT RECOMMEND PRODUCTS THAT SELL IN THIS OPTICAL BECAUSE THEY ARE WORSE THAN THOSE THAT SELL OUTSIDE ANY METER, IN ADDITION THEIR PRICES ARE NOTHING CHEAP.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace aproximadamente un mes fui a solicitar mis lentes progresivos y cuando llegue a recogerlos ví que no me los hicieron bien, al acudir nuevamente me salieron con que tenía que pagar otros $250 y a parte de todo me salieron con que la del error había Sido yo, después el que me atendió me sugirió como forma de resolver su error que él pagaría la mitad y yo la otra mitad y cuando fui a recogerlos nuevamente se me cobró lo s $250 más, por eso les recomiendo que e cuando les hagan su tick y presupuesto se fijen bien y les pregunten a los tarde s que están atendiendo porque después te dicen que la que se equivocó al pedirlos fuiste tú. Pésimo servicio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mis lentes no quedaron bien, y cuando fui a que los revisen porque veo mejor sin ellos que con ellos, me tuvieron parada 10 minutos sin preguntar que se me ofrecía o pedirme que tomara asiento. Y después me dicen que tengo que esperar aprox una hora porque tienen que atender otros cuentes, señores esta es una reclamación!! Yo llegué desde principios de diciembre que se los compre y me los entregaron el 31 de diciembre y no me sirvieron, y pague 4 mil pesos!! Pésima atención!!
