★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enero 2022 fui al salón de uñas, en 10 días se quebró la primera y en menos de 20 días eran 3 uñas en total, contacte al salón de uñas y me "sugirieron" hacer el retoque...en la segunda ocasión en menos de 2 semanas se quebraron 2 uñas, contacte al salón de uñas y está fue su respuesta
1) seguramente se dañaron por el trabajo que yo desempeño!!!!!!!!!?????
2) el retoque "debe" hacerse cada 15 dias
3) la garantía por el "trabajo" solo es de una semana
La atención y manera de resolver lo que "no hicieron" bien desde un principio no fue la adecuada según me dijeron que la primera vez que se quebraron es porque "yo ya venía de otro salón de uñas( no se que tiene ver en este caso y les cuestione sobre la segunda vez el total del trabajo fue realizado por ellas..
Decepcionante el trato y la manera de resolver el problema donde la única culpable parece ser soy yo...

1) surely they were damaged by the work that I perform !!!!!!!!!!!!??????
2) the touch-up "must" be done every 15 days
3) the guarantee for the "work" is only one week
The attention and way of solving what they "didn't do" well from the beginning was not adequate according to what they told me that the first time they broke it was because "I already came from another nail salon (I don't know what it has to do with this case and I questioned them about the second time the total work was done by them..
Disappointing the treatment and the way to solve the problem where the only culprit seems to be me...

Todo su equipo son geniales y tienen la mejor atención y servicio.
Te lo recomiendo son muy profesionales y sus trabajos son hermosos.
