★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio pésimo, les pides un pollo ranchero y un rodtisado y te dicen que en 20 minutos está el ranchero te esperas 30 minutos y no te lo quieren vender que te esperes otros 30, los cuestione y un moreno que despacha puso una cara de pocos amigos le dije solo dime en cuanto tiempo no es justo que estés jugando a lo que su pañero con testo ya daselos wuey
Mi recomendación es que no compren en este lugar busquen opciones nosotros pagamos no pedimos nada regalado esta gente tiene que educarse a tratarnos bien si por mí fuera no le doy mi una estrella pero reo es launica forma de comentar acerca de este sitio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La calidad cada día está peor , los pollos están quemados por fuera y crudos por dentro , no sé quién sea el encargado de hacer los pollos pero cuando se enferme espero se hagan responsables , osea por respeto a las personas hagan bien su trabajo , no por sacar muchos pollos lo hagan mal , es una lástima por q era una buena opción , mejor compren en bodegas y se preparan algo rico , ASCO SUS POLLOS
Mejor toma esta crítica para mejorar Roma atención a lo que hace tu gente en tienda , por hasta el trato al los clientes es muy descortés, solo mira la fila q se hace toda desorganizada la gente no sabe dónde formarce y sabes que ....no basta con ir a reclamar a la tienda , mejoren cada día por respeto a su fuente de trabajo, que hay mucha gente q no tiene , por amor a dar un buen producto

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio el sr que cobra ni contesta el saludo el que despacha el pollo está igual mínimo permítame su ticket pareciera que son mudos lo (desconozco) compré un pollo rostizado el día 22/4/22 tenía un sabor extraño ( cloro) por fortuna nos dimos cuenta y no comieron mis niños era tanto el olor que daban nauceas tengan cuidado y sean honestos con su trabajo y su producto .
Terrible service the man who charges or answers the greeting the one who dispatches the chicken is the same minimum let me have your ticket it seems that they are dumb (I don't know) I bought a roasted chicken on 4/22/22 it had a strange taste (chlorine) luckily we we realized and my children did not eat it was so much the smell that they gave nausea be careful and be honest with your work and your product.

El pollo está muy bueno con todo eso ni ganas dan de pasar por su producto
