★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a comprar un pollo por primera vez a Pollo Maz. Leyendo las criticas de que es el mejor pollo de Mazatlán, no se si fue mala suerte o asi los sirven, pero por dentro la carne estaba super seca. Por fuera el dorado delicioso pero pasado de cocción por dentro. No se si esa es la norma o fue una excepción en mi caso. Espero repetir algún dia y tener mejor experiencia.
 I went to buy a chicken for the first time at Chicken Maz. Reading the criticisms that it is the best chicken in Mazatlan, I don't know if it was bad luck or so they serve them, but inside the meat was super dry. On the outside the delicious golden but passed cooking inside. I don't know if that is the norm or it was an exception in my case. I hope to repeat some day and have a better experience.
