en los menús ponen ensalada incluida luego cuando no me mandaron y me comunique me dijeron que porque pedía algo que era regalado!! ósea como regalado no se supone que se esta pagando???? o si alguien va por ensalada se la regalan ademas en Uber Eats esta costoso luego les pedia directo cada fin de semana pero les afecta la confianza ?? un día me mandaron algo que no era lo que pedí y me comunique para que me regresaran lo correcto y hasta lo volvi a envolver pfffff , varias veces tuve muchísima paciencia. Nada mas se les pide con frecuencia y se vuelven super groseros. Pollos venden en muchos lados. No les recomiendo pedirles con frecuencia a lo mejor por una emergencia y piensen bien porque tienen un servicio a cliente pesimo son unos groseros.
At first I ordered everything good at Uber Eats, but then mega rude.
In the menus they put salad included later when they didn't send me and they told me that because I was asking for something that was given away !! bone as a gift is not supposed to be paid ???? Or if someone goes for a salad, they give it to them as well in Uber Eats, it is expensive then I would ask them directly every weekend but it affects their confidence? One day they sent me something that was not what I asked for and they told me to get the right thing back and I even wrapped it again pfffff, several times I had a lot of patience. Nothing else is asked frequently and they get super rude. Chickens sold in many places. I do not recommend asking them frequently, maybe for an emergency and think carefully because they have a terrible customer service they are rude.
