★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSIMO. Por parte de aseguradora fui a esa sucursal ya que me queda Serca. Primero me dan un costo del deducible y ya estando en La sucursal es más alto el deducible. Me llaman para avisar que ya podía pasar a qué instalen el cristal y resulta qu no lo tiene. Tres días después por fin me lo instalaron. No es recomendable está empresa. Lo único bueno es el trato del instalador.
APPALLING. On behalf of the insurer, I went to that branch since I have Serca left. First they give me a cost of the deductible and already being in the branch the deductible is higher. They call me to let me know that I could go to have the glass installed and it turns out that it doesn't have it. Three days later they finally installed it. This company is not recommended. Me mandaron ahí por parte del seguro, me tenían esperando y cuando se dignaron en atenderme, me mostraron el parabrisas y me dijeron que estaba un "poco" rayado pero que era nuevo, que no afectaba por lo que pedí que me lo cambiarán por otro. Me indicaron que podía hacer el papeleo en lo que llegaba el parabrisas y cuando veo el costo, me lo elevaron más de $8,000 de lo que me habían dicho al inicio. Llame a mi aseguradora y me cambiaron de sucursal ya que se negaron a respetar la cotización inicial. Si su aseguradora les da esta opción evitenla.
Terrible experience! I called my insurer and they changed my branch since they refused to honor the initial quote. If your insurer gives you this option, avoid it.
