★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fue una experiencia agradable, quizás favoreció que fui el primer cliente de la jornada. De cualquier forma cumplieron con el desmontaje, colocación y recuperación de calcomanías en el tiempo convenido. Recomiendo este establecimiento.

Fui para solicitar un cristal para mi auto, me pidieron muchos documentos, tomaron fotos del automóvil, y dijeron que iban a buscarlo, pero no me dieron ninguna clave para darle seguimiento a mi pedido ni nada. A las dos semanas les marco para dar seguimiento, y no tenían registro alguno de mi pedido. Además en ese momento me dicen que por sus políticas no pueden pedir ninguna documentación hasta que no hayan conseguido el cristal. Cada vez que marcaba parecían no tener idea de qué hacer, y me decían algo distinto. No se siente que el personal esté preparado ni organizado.
Terrible service. I went to request a glass for my car, they asked me for many documents, they took pictures of the car, and they said they were going to look for it, but they did not give me any key to follow up on my order or anything. After two weeks I set them to follow up, and they had no record of my order. Also at that time they tell me that because of their policies they can not ask for any documentation until they have obtained the crystal. Every time I checked they seemed to have no idea what to do, and they told me something different. You do not feel that the staff is prepared or organized.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llegamos a las 10:20 am y salimos de ahí 10:45. La atención del policía al ingreso, del recepcionista y de la persona encargada de colocar el parabrisas fue excelente. Podía recoger el vehículo a partir de las 13h30. Excelente atención y servicio, nos dieron 1 año de garantía, así que ahora voy a ver que no tenga ningún problema con el cristal nuevo.
We arrived at 10:20 am and left at 10:45 am. The attention of the policeman at the entrance, the receptionist and the person in charge of placing the windshield was excellent. I could collect the vehicle from 1:30 p.m. Excellent attention and service, they gave us a 1 year warranty, so now I am going to see that you do not have any problems with the new glass.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimas reparaciones y servicio, solo iba por un parabrisas y me fui con toda la pintura rayada al rededor del parabrisas, las protecciones dobladas y rotas las grapas de que no saben ponerlas, quitaron los limpia parabrisas y los ajustaron mal y al entenderlos rayo el cofre y para terminar el parabrisas que me pusieron estaba rayado.
Malisima calidad en su trabajo y muy sucios para trabajar
Terrible repairs and service, I was only going for a windshield and I left with all the scratched paint around the windshield, the protections bent and broken the staples that they do not know how to put them on, they removed the windshield wipers and adjusted them wrong and when I understood them I lightned the hood and to finish the windshield that they put me was scratched.
Poor quality in their work and very dirty to work with
