Cuando asistí hacía falta tallas intermedias pues hay muchos modelos pero a veces no la talla que uno necesita. El lugar es pequeño y le hace falta un poco de ventilación pues se comienza a sentir mucho calor. Me comentó el vendedor que es posible personalizar al 100% prendas con la diseños a elegir o volver a solicitar modelos anteriores con al menos 15 días antes y 15 después los entregan :) They have very original clothes with very affordable prices. The staff is very attentive. When I attended, intermediate sizes were needed as there are many models but sometimes not the size that one needs. The place is small and it needs a little ventilation as it starts to feel very hot. The seller told me that it is possible to 100% customize garments with the designs to choose or re-request previous models with at least 15 days before and 15 days after they are delivered :)

Pero no recibí actualizaciones de ellos ni de mi paquete durante 16 días, no hubo nada de comunicación. Los contacté por correo electrónico y las redes sociales, pero no recibí respuestas, hasta que envíe un informe de reembolso a través de paypal, alguien finalmente respondió. También me dijeron que me mandarian una mascarilla por la demora, así que opté por esperar. El paquete llegó hoy, pero no mandaron la mascarilla por la demora. 2 estrellas porque al menos el paquete finalmente llegó, pero lamentablemente, por lo padre que parezca su catálogo, su servicio al cliente necesita trabajo en comunicación. No volveré a comprar con ellos en línea. Shopping from Rotten Apparel online has been a bad experience, the site says wait 3-10 days for the package to ship, which is totally fine, it's their rules. But I did not receive updates from them or my package for 16 days, there was no communication. I contacted them via email and social media but received no responses, until I submit a refund report via paypal someone finally responded. They also told me that they would send me a mask for the delay, so I opted to wait. The package arrived today, but they did not send the mask due to the delay. 2 stars because at least the package finally arrived, but sadly, from the cool of your catalog, your customer service needs communication work. I will not buy from them online again.
