★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mandé imprimir un trabajo y me lo imprimieron mal, al parecer hubo un error en como envié el archivo, entiendo mi culpa pero si ves que se está imprimiendo un archivo pixeleado detienes la impresión... no? Llamas a tu cliente y se lo comentas. Cultura de cliente es lo que le falta a este negocio, sus productos son buenos, excelentes impresiones, su sentido común y su garantía de satisfacción dejan mucho que desear.
I sent a print job and it was printed badly, apparently there was an error in how I sent the file, I understand my fault but if you see that a pixelated file is being printed, you have the impression ... no? You call your client and tell him about it. Customer culture is what this business lacks, its products are good, excellent impressions, its common sense and its guarantee of satisfaction leave much to be desired.
