My experience was fair with the rental company. I booked the rental through Expedia and the discount special was misleading, more so on Expedia not the car rental company. I paid through Expedia before my trip to secure a discount and once at the rental Company I had to pay additional fees. The car rental agency is located about 20 minutes from the airport and we had arranged for them to pick up and drop us off for $10 USD extra. I received the car in Empty for gas and when I asked about the difference of gas that isn’t used, they told me they couldn’t offer any discount or refund. I returned the car in more than half tank full of gas. I was also charged a fee to close my contract of 10pesos. Not much but it was a bit confusing as they said the fee is so I can have my deposit returned to me in less days, I wasn’t given an option for this fee. Also the car rental company is located inside a store that sales safety gear, shoes and signs and the company name is different to the name in Expedia “priceless car rental”, which was a bit alarming. Overall we had good communication with the staff via WhatsApp and they were prompt in picking up and dropping off. The car itself was in good condition and easy to drive.
