Excelente lugar para unas deliciosas vacaciones, vista increíble y una piscina enorme para disfrutar.

Muy bonito el lugar, la playa es poca pero las instalaciones están excelentes.

Отличное место на первой линии. Чистый бассейн, ухоженная территория. Джордж оказывает внимательное обслуживание- вода, мусор, любой вопрос. Приносит кокосы которые растут здесь же на территории, чистит при тебе. Красота! Маленький рай

Excelente vista de playa frente al mar. Tiene una vista espectacular. Cuenta con cuartos amplios y muy comodos con aire acondicionado. Cuenta con internet wifi de alta velocidad. Tiene una cocina completa. Es como un penthouse de lujo. Es un lugar excelente para vacacionar o hacer home office.

Looks lovely and lots of nice snowbirds live there in the winters

I rented a condo for a couple of months. The pool is very cold during the winter months. Not really usable. I encountered glass on the beach so be very cautious. The water is extremely weedy and brown. Not usable. The condo itself is ok. You get use to the bugs after a few days. When i ran out of water I had to carry a new jug up 4 flights to the roof. Wouldn't really recommend it but I know that the above doesn't bother some people and they are quite happy there.

Most of the condos need renovations Most of the owners cate about rental I come only. You pay your rental they disappear The poo is sorted Hardly any beach left The owner who answered what aprtement does he own Stayed one year in B1 had issue with owner Windows did not lock, the odd times it rained not a big rain water infiltrated through windows, the owner had glued all her nick nacks so the renters would not take them ,but it was impossible to clean them dusted accumulated and bugs were all over, onscreen in one patio door, poor internet wifi, spRtemebt very gloomy, all coach very uncomfortable, fan were noisy, tried to clean fixtures so dirty s d gluey broke on the spot. Fan in kitchen do greasy , impossible to clean was a fire hazard and when you tell them the problems they are not happy ad I said in my previous comment ad soon as they have the mo eyes and they want front money for the time stayed they just Bout dissapeared. Stayed at D 1 last year more or less same issues plus very dishonest owner gave 2 beach chair one was so rusted it broke as I was trying to unfold did. The real estate guy from Ontario a real useless individual, as hipocrital and lyind as the owners. The ceiling in o e bathroom leaked for 3 mo the intill I left ,water leaked from the ceiling in an area when the second floor renter were washing the floor I visited most of the apartments because I liked the location and mostly the pool, Hardly any beach, a lot of debris, rocks sae weeds etc. They are not participating a a project of installing a sort of sonno tube to have more beach. The projects stops a house or 2 from the Roysl beach property, most of the owners refused to pay for the project. As I said a few soartenent are in rental conditions some others I would not touch them.
