Overall the stay was so so. The rooms were lacking in appearance and comfort. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. There was no fridges in the room, which if travelling with my diabetic husband would have caused issues. We got one bottle of warm water in the room a day. Which wasn’t enough. The concierge was never to be found. The food was bland at best. Even the a la carte restaurants. The pool was nice but not enough chairs for everyone. Like I said it was so so but I will definitely not be coming back here in the future

Great value here. Food is good, as long as you like Mexican; more variety would be nice. Good rooms and pool atmosphere. Loved the theater, so many great shows, exceptional dancers.

Service was horrible. Rooms were not clean and they took 2 more hrs after check in to clean them we had to wait outside. Food is trash just like a 5 $ diner. Service from people is not good in general they just don’t care if you have a great time. There is much more better places in Puerto Vallarta, with better food and better service. Like Maribal Distinct or Peninsula. Which are 4-5 stars. This one is very bad should be 2 stars maximum. Hope this helps before you Come!

The food wasn’t great by any means. I am vegetarian and I do understand that all inclusive does not cater however mostly everything at the buffets had meat, even the restaurant I had to fight to eat at and considering they could have just not put the meat on the plate. Besides the options, I found that even for meat eaters it was the same every day, every buffet breakfast lunch and dinner with little to no change. The rooms are quite old but clean so that’s a perk. There’s a good amount of pools so that they weren’t all busy, and enough chairs in the beach. Food is important to me and that’s why I’ve given them a low rating, along with how old the place is and some of the servers were not the nicest. It is really close to town so that was great b

Naming names: from flamingos restaurant; Hector, Maria, Marten, and Alonzo were incredible! helpful, friendly, and accommodating! top notch service! ( the rest of the staff was also fantastic!). Bartenders; Javier, Rojelio, Pedro, and the man Leopold! these are phenomenal bartenders! Fun, funny, helpful and courteous, everything you could want and more! these gents are now friends! The resort itself is beautiful! with iguanas and birds to view as well as cactus gardens and many trees and flowering shrubs. steps from town amenities and the beach! The variety of food was great as was the quality. will be going back!

Was a Great holiday, the stay was good. The beach awesome. Met a lot of fellow Canadians. The food could have had a few better options, but always found lots to eat. Ilse, Maria, Angel, Christian and many others made our stay great. Thank you.

A resort with an undeniable vibe, food is 11/10, the rooms are basic, but the pools, access to the beach, spa, beachfront massage, bars… absolutely amazing, you won’t be staying in your room for sure! Also the evening shows are well organized, definitely worth giving them a watch one night. Place is pretty much available for wheelchair, has elevators in each building. Taking off 1 star because the gym wasn’t available, it was allegedly due to covid, but didn’t make much sense since all the restaurants, bars and the gym outside were opened. Would appreciate if they mentioned that the gym is closed before we booked.

We have been here. It's amazing. Staff and service are excellent. Not over crowded. Very relaxing so far. Only complaint is no coffee for early morning risers. Several people walking around wanting their early morning coffee. Possibly the check in lobby could have a pot on for early mornings to accommodate.
