Do NOT fall in the same SCAM that we fell victims to. They are very smart, they present themselves as Royal Holiday but do a contract with you in the name of a different Company called VACATION TRAVEL ADVISORY. We are suing this Company now to recover our money, but you can avoid all this hassle if you act early, PLEASE DO NOT LET THEM FOOL YOU. We purchased a Membership into a Royal Holiday Club Vacation Program from Vacation Travel Advisory under the contract nr. 30-629386. We are new Parents and my wife was pregnant at that moment, and they PREYED on our first pregnancy to sell us their scam, selling it for the "future of our son". Their Sales Person Pedro Henrique made innumerous promises. THEY NEVER EVEN DELIVERED ANY SERVICE TO US AS CONTRACTED. As you can imagine, right after signing their Sales Person disappeared! His co-worker then informed us that he had to leave the Country because he was hired by Royal Holiday and was their Employee, however was ILLEGALLY in the Country. This is customary practice. Their promises included we being able to book a travel to Fernando de Noronha in Brazil using our "Points" purchased with them, as well as the use of the "Privilege Member Units" at the Grand Park Royal Hotel in Cancun, Mexico and even the use of our so-called annual Points at RCI through a supposed membership. We paid them over $ 5.000 upfront and paid every month almost another $ 300 for what was supposed to be an approximate total $ 18.000 for the points we were supposed to receive for vacations for the next 30 years. For the past 7 months we tried repeatedly to use any of our benefits under the Contract, and EVERY SINGLE TIME OUR REQUEST WAS DENIED. First they will put you in touch with an Agent, then that Agent will disappear ,then another one will come in and start from scratch again pretending they know nothing about it. Then it starts again and they do the same thing. They REFUSE TO ACCEPT YOUR REQUESTS, and then they ATTEST YOU DO NOT HAVE THOSE RIGHTS UNDER THE CONTRACT. IF YOU WERE ALSO SCAMMED BY THEM PLEASE CONTACT ME AND WE WILL CHANGE OUR LAWSUIT INTO A COLLECTIVE CLASS ACTION AGAINST THEM. After fighting them for 5 full months trying to use any benefit from our contract, any service at all that we purchased, we finally sent them the TEXTS AND AUDIO from their Sales Person with EVERY SINGLE PROMISE recorded in both writing and audio and demanded the services we paid for. All of a sudden, they changed their demeanor, answered that they were going to REFUND OUR MEMBERSHIP IN FULL, because they COULD NOT DELIVER THE PROMISES THEY MADE. This was their words, of their employee Jaqueline Straatman Cisneros. I told her we were then starting the Lawsuit, and she called me. During the call she informed me that I had no right for any money back because their promises mean nothing. So you can see how they admit to their own scam. I cannot stress enough, they never wanted to refund anything, were just buying time again and again, and YOU WILL NEVER SEE YOUR MONEY OR ANY SERVICE FOR THAT MATTER, so please do NOT fall into this scam. We are searching for a TV station now to advise all Americans to avoid this scam and warn anybody to not go through the nightmare we are going through now. IN case you fell victim of his scam too please contact us so we can turn our Lawsuit into a Class Action Lawsuit against them.

Awesome holiday club. Yes, it costa money per year but we are saving on our vacations big time. Good value of you are a frequent holiday maker.

Called Royal Holiday about an issue where my reservation was canceled for my vacation. The only reason I figured out my reservation was canceled, was because I found the cancellations in my junk e-mail. Now Royal Holiday acts like it’s no big deal because I had to call them at least 3 times and finally someone looked into it . The real issue is though is that this could have been disastrous for my family we arrived in our vacation location not knowing this issue. I was the one who figured this out , Royal Holiday knew about this, but made a pathetic attempt contact us . Plus they gave us no compensation for almost ruining our vacation and the mess we would have dealt with while on vacation. This is ridiculous and shows how their is no accountability for Royal Holiday or it’s employees. This is ridiculous nonsense. When Royal Holiday was contacted by the resort they made no effort to contact us . Just a pathetic underhanded of contacting us , by sending e-mails that never reached my proper email. This is such poor customer service . It is horrible and shows a complete lack of respect for its customers . This just shows how Royal Holiday really operates as a company . Pathetic and lacking . Thanks for nothing Royal Holiday .

Don’t join this scam. This people are horrible and all they want is your money. I lost two years of credit when a trip got cancelled due to COVID. They made me pay for some Mexican insurance and they give me the go around by saying there’s missing documents. Emails don’t work, supervisors don’t do anything, and they never answer the insurance number. It’s a scam!!! Went to Lake Tahoe for a week. Horrible hotel that u could easily hear every movement from the neighbors. Don’t joint, don’t make this costly mistake.
