Muy molesta con el servicio ya que por esta pandemia no pude hacer mis pagos no tuve medios para poder hacerlos y me cobraron recargos no se me hace justo y sobre todo por que nunca se tomaron la molestia de llamarme para avisar lo que pasaba con mi cuenta que les sirva de experiencia que está empresas no tiene ningún tipo de sentido humano te cobran recargos y tú sin saber NUNCA COMPREN CON ELLOS QUE MAL PLAN QUE LEJOS DE RECOMENDAR LES PIDA NO COMPREN ROYAL PRESTIGE TU MUY MAL ??????

Very annoyed with the service, because of this pandemic I could not make my payments, I did not have the means to make them and they charged me surcharges, it is not fair and especially because they never bothered to call me to notify what was happening with my account That they use as experience that these companies do not have any kind of human sense they charge you surcharges and you without knowing NEVER BUY WITH THEM THAT BAD PLAN THAT FAR FROM RECOMMENDING THEY ASK THEY DO NOT BUY ROYAL PRESTIGE YOUR VERY BAD ??????
