★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La válvula de un sartén la rompi y llamé allí para hacer válida mi garantía y me dijeron que no era posible por que yo no era su cliente y tenía que comprar algo (1 sartén de $12000) para que me hicieran válida la garantía, llame a la oficina central y ahora tengo mi repuesto de la válvula sin costo alguno y me la enviaron x correo
I broke a frying pan valve and called there to make my warranty valid and they told me it was not possible because I was not their customer and I had to buy something (1 $ 12000 pan) to make my warranty valid, call the central office and now I have my valve replacement free of charge and they sent it to me by mail
