★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me chocaron mi auto, el seguro se llego el coche a reparación, han pasado 7 días, y mi agente aún no ha podido resolverme si el culpable del choque va ha pagar o se va ha demandar. Mi auto sigue en el taller sin que lo comiencen a reparar.
El asesor en 7 días no me ha llamado ni una sola vez, yo he tenido que estar localizándolo.
Pésimo servicio.
My car crashed, the insurance got the car under repair, 7 days have passed, and my agent has not yet been able to resolve if the culprit of the crash is going to pay or is going to sue. My car is still in the workshop without being repaired.
The consultant in 7 days has not called me once, I have had to be locating him.
Terrible service.
