L	Luis Zarate Flores on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, lleve mi carro a revisar una posible ponchadura de una llanta, mi coche tiene birlos de seguridad, los cuales no pudieron quitar, alegando que estaban muy apretados, barrieron el candado para quitar los birlos de seguridad, les dije que ellos mismos habían apretado de más los birlos en un servicio de alineación y balanceo que hice en este lugar un par de meses atras. Trataron de volar los birlos a la fuerza, pegandole martillazos al birlo con el riesgo de afectar el rin, después de estar intentando comentaron que no podian quitarlos. Hablé con el pseudo manager Jesús Guzman y puso en duda lo que había dicho de que había llevado anteriormente mi vehiculo con ellos, afortunadamente aún tenía la factura en la guantera, lo cual les mostré a lo que me dijo que no podían hacer nada, que tenía que llevar a otro lugar a pagar para que arreglaran el mal trabajo que habían hecho. Ahora tengo que quitar todos los birlos de segurdad por que ellos mismos ejercieron fuerza excesiva al apretar los birlos, lo que dio como resultado que "barrieran" el candado haciendo imposible quitar los birlos. La actitud del manager fue reprobable e inaceptable; Espero mi experiencía les sirva a otras personas y eviten llevar sus vehiculos a un lugar donde no saben trabajar y donde el servicio deja mucho que desear. The manager's attitude was reprehensible and unacceptable; I hope my experience will serve other people and avoid taking their vehicles to a place where they do not know how to work and where the service leaves much to be desired.
