★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No hay competencia para RPE, el encargado es el mejor para darle trato a tus guitarras, bajos, amplificadores y pedales, si buscas calidad y profesionalismo este es el lugar, si buscas pagar poco busca otro lugar.
Me ha trabajado aunque sea con pequeñas mejoras mi pedalboard, mi fender strat, mi sg y mi les paul que inclusive salvó de una muerte segura.
Para acabar con la reseña es distribuidor autorizado de fender y trae productos antes que nadie de esta marca en Irapuato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención en la tienda es muy buena. Andrés, la persona que atiende es super servicial, y atento, te hace sentir escuchado y ayudado. Sin embargo la parte técnica podría ser mejor.
Llevé un amplificador a revisión por un ruido que hace, lo aceptaron y estuvo por tres semanas con ellos para que al final me dijeran que el ruido era normal, cuando esas tres semanas nos las pudimos haber ahorrado si me hubieran dicho eso desde que se los llevé.
La peor parte es la "atención" o falta de, por parte de su técnico, es grosero, condescendiente y le molesta tener que hablar con clientes para dar el minimo de explicaciones.
No doy una estrella solo porque en verdad la atención en la tienda es excelente (siempre y cuando no vayas por problemas técnicos).

I took an amplifier to review for a noise it makes, they accepted it and stayed with them for three weeks so that at the end they told me that the noise was normal, when those three weeks we could have saved ourselves if they had told me that since they were told I carried.
The worst part is the "attention" or lack of, on the part of your technician, he is rude, condescending and annoys him having to talk to clients to give the minimum of explanations.
I don't give a star just because the service in the store is really excellent (as long as you don't go for technical problems).
