G	Gerardo Ramos Lopez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo no le diera ninguna estrella debido a que considero que son unos estafadores y me atrevo a decirlo así porque cuento con todas las pruebas para desacreditar cualquier intento de excusas, tengo en mi poder evidencias como facturas de pag, conversaciones vía wsapp, donde se muestra claramente que estan dandonos largo porque no saben del paradero de nuestro envío, hemos tratado por las vías correspondientes de obtener una respuesta pero hasta ahora solo hay excusas y no saben nada de la mercancía. I would not give them any stars because I consider that they are scammers and I dare to say it like that because I have all the evidence to discredit any attempt at excuses, I have in my possession evidence such as payment invoices, conversations via wsapp, where it is shown clearly they are taking us long because they do not know the whereabouts of our shipment, we have tried through the corresponding channels to obtain an answer but so far there are only excuses and they do not know anything about the merchandise.

No los contrates hay mejores!! Después de haber cobrado hace 7 meses el envío de cargas no acompañadas ahorita están contactando a los clientes para decirles que paguen más para que la carga pueda ser envida o que pasen a recogerla!! Pues según ellos ahora vale más el envío pues la transportadora les cobra más. Pero eso no es problema de los que enviamos desde diciembre del 2020! Lejos de contactarnos para pedir más dinero lo que tienen es que indemnizarnos y acabar de enviarla! Los paquetes de 1,5 kg llevan más de 4 meses y no llegan. Tengo un equipaje extraviado hace más de 3 años y nunca me han indemnizado!! No envíen con ellos, son unos estafadores! Mucha carga se perdió en un incendio y no han respondido tampoco! Y me han comentado que a los que fueron a reclamar le entregaron cosas de otros clientes!! They are scammers.
