For Nothing I would buy in that place Saturated Trucks, 1 only access to enter those colonies, good view, views of Carmen, velanova and all the tailcoats of those areas Seriously! Take care of your money and before you go and check how we did it haaa and ahy you loved the Finos in hot weather with sukarne

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Casas bonitas, buena distribución, costo muy accesible cualquiera de los 2 modelos disponibles (2 y 3 recámaras), el asesor muy atento resuelve y te explica dudas. La zona fuera del fraccionamiento no es muy buena, son colonias descuidadas y precarias, y eso opaca este desarrollo.
Nice houses, good distribution, very affordable cost, any of the 2 models available (2 and 3 bedrooms), the very attentive advisor solves and explains questions. The area outside the subdivision is not very good, they are neglected and precarious colonies, and that obscures this development.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy amables, excelente atención. Por lo menos de parte del señor Emiliano o Emilio Briones q fue quien nos atendió, nos dio una buena atención, muy amable y nos despejó todas las dudas. Nos mostró la casa muestra y nos llevó a ver el fraccionamiento, para ver los lugares disponibles, y ver cómo estaban haciendo las casas y los materiales q usan. Nos ayudó en varias cosas. El lugar es muy bonito, a mis hijos les encantó excelentes condiciones de las viviendas y la colonia en Gral. La vdd es q te ayudan a q el trámite no sea tedioso. Le agradezco al sr. Briones
Very friendly, excellent attention. At least on the part of Mr. Emiliano or Emilio Briones who was the one who attended us, gave us good attention, very kind and cleared all doubts. He showed us the sample house and took us to see the subdivision, to see the available places, and to see how they were making the houses and the materials they use. He helped us in several things. The place is very beautiful, my children loved the excellent conditions of the houses and the neighborhood in Gral. The vdd is that they help you to make the process not tedious. I thank mr. Briones
