P	Paola Loza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio post venta, la persona que se encarga de las entregas específicamente en Zenith no nos ha dado el seguimiento correcto, ya paso la fecha límite para entrega de la propiedad y nosotros somos quienes tenemos que buscarlo para saber qué pasa, la casa ya está pagada desde hace más de 30 días y escriturada. La respuesta de esta persona todo el tiempo ha sido no está habitable. Cuando nos vendieron nos presionaron porque era “entrega inmediata” pero eso fue mentira. Hemos llamado a la constructora y lo único que hacen es mandarnos con la misma persona que no da respuestas, no hemos encontrado como escalar el tema, te obligan a irte a lo legal e incluso a levantar denuncia ante profeco por incumplimiento. De verdad no saben la impotencia de que absolutamente nadie te dé respuestas después de que ya tienen el dinero les vale entregarte y parece hasta sarcástico cuando nos dice el encargado pues si quieres vete a la cláusula de penalización pero nadie te hace caso en la constructora de verdad fatal la experiencia con esta empresa. They really do not know the impotence that absolutely nobody gives you answers after they already have the money, it is worth giving you up and it seems even sarcastic when the manager tells us because if you want to go to the penalty clause but nobody pays attention to you in the construction company of fatal truth the experience with this company.
