★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima organización con el transporte, viaje de pesadilla, acomodados en un autobús que no era el nuestro porque cambiaron la la hora de salida y sin previo aviso....super incómodo, y peor sin respuesta de la agencia fuera de sus horarios.
Terrible organization with transportation, nightmare trip, accommodated in a bus that was not ours because they changed the departure time and without prior notice .... super uncomfortable, and worse without response from the agency outside of their hours.

The staff, clearly unexperienced and badly trained, gave us poor/wrong instructions for the way to pay (surcharge of 5% if paying by card), the coach journey (wrong timing and wrong place to take the coach) and the hotel. When we called the agency when facing issues with the hotel they were unable to handle it and made us waste some holidays time to explain several times the issues without solving anything.
I strongly recommend to book everything on your own at least you're in control of what you buy and can handle it directly. Or go with any other agency, it can't be less professional that Rubi viajes.
