★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy informales, tuve que perseguirlos prácticamente para que le dieran seguimiento a mi trámite, mal administración porque por alguna razón le marcaban al teléfono alterno que dejé en vez de marcar a mi teléfono principal, lo cual les comenté en varias ocasiones pero al parecer hicieron caso omiso...
Voy a terminar mi trámite con ellos porque honestamente no tengo más opción, ya tengo todo pagado, y no puedo cambiar pero cero los recomiendo.
Very informal, I had to practically chase them so that they would follow up on my process, bad administration because for some reason they called the alternate phone that I left instead of dialing my main phone, which I commented on several occasions but apparently they paid attention ignored ...
I am going to finish my process with them because honestly I have no other option, I have already paid for everything, and I cannot change but I do not recommend them.
