★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, fui a comprar unas llantas para una maleta llevé incluso la maleta para que me asesorarán, ni siquiera la tomo para ver cuáles le quedaron, compré a mi criterio sin saber del tema las llantas sin embargo no les quedaron cuando quise regresarlos para cambiarlas por una medida más pequeña su postura fue que el cambio solo es el mismo día, cosa que como consumidor tengo derecho de hacer cambio hasta 30 días, y aqui el punto es que carecen de actitud de servicio, empatía al cliente.
Terrible service, I went to buy some tires for a suitcase I even took the suitcase to advise me, I did not even take it to see which ones were left, I bought at my discretion without knowing the subject of the tires however they did not fit when I wanted to return them to change them for a smaller measure, their position was that the change is only the same day, which as a consumer I have the right to make up to 30 days, and here the point is that they lack a service attitude, empathy for the customer.
