★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente lugar para dejar a tus mascotas en su cuidado, los cuidan muy bien siempre están atentos, sus entrenamientos ayudaron mucho a mi perrito en obediencia, le enseñaron como debe de comportarse con otra gente y otros perros además de obediencia, muy recomendado

1. Tenia una salida planeada con mucha anticipacion, acudi 2 veces al hotel para valorar a mi perrita y justo cuando es el dia de ingreso me salen con que no la pueden admitir por temas de salud. No me molesta que no la admitan por su salud, me molesta que tuvimos 2 visitas y justo cuando la voy a dejar me la rechazen y tener que buscar de urgencia a alguien en unos pocos días.
2. El hotel me pidio un "adelanto" de $1,000.00 mxn, los cuales NUNCA se dignaron en regresarme, estuve insistiendo por Whatsapp y siempre me dieron largas.
En resumen: Me parece que tienen buen trato con los animales e instalaciones muy buenas, pero para mi fue una malisima experiencia como cliente.
I had 2 problems:
1. I had an outing planned well in advance, I went to the hotel twice to assess my dog and just when it is the day of admission they tell me that they cannot admit her due to health issues. It doesn't bother me that they don't admit her because of her health, it bothers me that we had 2 visits and just when I was going to leave her they rejected her and I had to urgently look for someone in a few days.
2. The hotel asked me for an "advance" of $1,000.00 mxn, which they NEVER deigned to return to me, I was insisting on Whatsapp and they always gave me long.
In summary: It seems to me that they treat animals well and have very good facilities, but for me it was a terrible experience as a client.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es caro pero lo vale. No hay lugar en todo Monterrey donde traten a mis perrihijos tan atentamente como aquí. El hotel/daycare es su segundo hogar. La Dra Karla y todos los que atienden a mi Milagros la quieren mucho y la cuidan como si fuera propia. Además hace muchos amigos y le toman fotos como la que adjunto. Los perros aquí son felices.
It is expensive but worth it. There is no place in all of Monterrey where my dogs are treated as kindly as here. The hotel / daycare is your second home. Dr. Karla and all those who care for my Milagros love her very much and take care of her as if she were their own. He also makes a lot of friends and they take pictures of him like the one I attach. The dogs here are happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If your dog is "queen" or "king" of your house, this is the best choice in Monterrey to leave them. All the staff love dogs, are very professional, and it is spotless. They have a private group where they upload pictures and videos, and they will answer any questions right away.
