★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como empresa no hay comunicacion entre las areas ademas de un injusto horario de trabajo ya que te hacen llegar o mas temprano de tu hora de entrada - de 8:30 o si no te descuentan un dia y medio de salario... un lugar donde abusan de la necesidad de tener un empleo y en donde solo le importa ganar a la empresa... Jefes de area mal preparados para dirigir un equipo y frecuentes discuciones entre areas para echarse la bolita entre ellos.... (Experiencia de trabajo)
As a company there is no communication between the areas in addition to an unfair work schedule since they make you arrive or earlier than your entry time - from 8:30 or if they do not discount you a day and a half of salary ... a place where they abuse the need to have a job and where they only care to win the company ... Area heads poorly prepared to lead a team and frequent discussions between areas to throw the ball between them ... (Work experience)
