Sin embargo, la pizza es buena, ofrecen una buena variedad de sabores, los precios son razonables y el lugar agradable. Aunque creo que podría mejorar.
Los repartidores son, en ocasiones, muy lentos y se justifican diciendo que hay mucho trabajo, he llegado a esperar una pizza cerca de 1 hora 30 min. Pero también me la han traído en 40 min.
Siento que es cuestión de un buen administrador. En general, el chef es bueno.
Some people in charge of the counter have no idea what customer service is, many times they do not even know how to request a note or do not understand it in their own handwriting.
However, the pizza is good, they offer a good variety of flavors, the prices are reasonable and the place is nice. Although I think it could improve.
The delivery men are sometimes very slow and justify themselves by saying that there is a lot of work, I have come to wait for a pizza for about 1 hour 30 min. But they also brought it to me in 40 min.
I feel like it's a matter of a good manager. Overall the chef is good.

Luego tardan 2 hrs en llegar su producto y cuando al fin llega hasta quemada sale la pizza, eso si bien llega. En ocasiones (como hoy) no llegan y si marcas responden con un "en un momento llega, el repartidor ya salió, etc..." en mi experiencia en preferible comprar en otro lugar
