Excelente centro deportivo, en donde se imparten diferentes clases. Como correr, boxeo, pesas y fit. Hay muy buenos entrenadores los cuales están atentos a tus ejercicios, también cuentan con área de descanso y ventas. Los baños son adecuados limpios y les dan mantenimiento, son agradables y cuentan con áreas de sauna. Hay clases todos los días solo hay que verificar los horarios. También el edificio cuenta con estacionamiento. Es un buen lugar para ir en familia y con los amigos.

There are very good trainers who are attentive to your exercises, they also have a rest and sales area. The bathrooms are adequate clean and they are maintained, are pleasant and have sauna areas. There are classes every day just check the schedules. The building also has parking. It is a good place to go with family and friends.

Great program for runners both beginners and experienced. The coaches are really good and they focus on bettering your running technique. The class is divided about 40 min of running exercises (HIIT, Mountain, long intervals) then 20 minutes of posture exercises, abs/arms workout and stretching. The building is brand new and stunning. There are also showers and lockers.
