★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace ya un tiempo un amigo me dijo: ¿Conoces unas buenas hamburguesas en la zona?, Sabía que el era exigente igual o tanto más que yo y no pude mencionarle alguno puesto que los que conozco o la hamburguesa es muy pequeña o la carne te la dan seca aunque el lugar sea bello o el pan es de paquete, o las papas están quemadas o muy grasosas o tardan su atención o no pasan de la tradicional hawaina, clásica o doble sin ofrecerte algo más. Me lleve una grata sorpresa con el RUSH ya que elaboran su propio pan (una delicia el de papá) la porción es considerable, ofrecen variedad incluso tienen de camarón, la carne te la dan cocida sin sercarla, juegan con los sabores, las papas son diferentes pero con buen sabor y bien cocidas, la atención rápida y de buena manera, el lugar tiene un concepto nuevo ya que integra un ambiente rockero pasando por vintage con juegos y maquinitas. A mí parecer solo le falta un poco de más sabor a la carne, probé un choripan y pese a que era agradable al paladar de primera impresión termino siendo muy condimentado, manejan un aderezo de cebolla que si bien es bueno la cantidad que le ponen es grande y perdura mucho el dulzor en la hamburguesa. Fuera de esos pequeños detalles y que aún no tienen variedad en sus cerveza lo recomiendo mucho y volveré a seguir degustando estás hamburguesas!
A while ago a friend told me: Do you know some good hamburgers in the area? I knew that he was demanding as much or more than I was and I couldn't mention any of them since the ones I know or the hamburger is very small or the meat is they give it dry even if the place is beautiful or the bread is packaged, or the potatoes are burnt or very greasy or take their attention or do not go beyond the traditional Hawaiian, classic or double without offering you something else. I was pleasantly surprised with the RUSH since they make their own bread (Dad's delightful) the portion is considerable, they offer variety, they even have shrimp, the meat is cooked without being cooked, they play with the flavors, the potatoes are different but with good flavor and well cooked, the attention is quick and in a good way, the place has a new concept since it integrates a rock atmosphere through vintage with games and machines. It seems to me that it just lacks a little more flavor to the meat, I tried a choripan and although it was pleasant to the palate from the first impression it ended up being very spicy, they handle an onion dressing that although the amount they put is good is large and long lasting sweetness in the burger. Apart from those little details and that they still do not have a variety in their beer, I highly recommend it and I will continue tasting these burgers!
