★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los alimentos si son frescos. Pero la pizza no es rica. La pizza "gourmet" no tenía nada de eso, chiles chipotle estaban puestos encima completos, y además, nos hizo daño.

They do everything from 0, with fresh ingredients, seeking to promote the local economy. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La ensalada Roquefort es espectacular, la porción es basta, sirve para compartir, la pasta Carbonara simplemente deliciosa, ojalá fuera posible desgustar un vino de mesa para acompañar los platillos o un rico clericot, las sodas italianas están bien, pero quizá si les hace falta un poquito de jarabe para mejorar el sabor y que este súper frías, pero el mérito es que la pasta es realizada de manera artesanal, con muy buen sabor y a precios muy accesibles para los ingredientes de calidad con los que son elaborados los platillos.
The Roquefort salad is spectacular, the portion is large, it serves to share, the Carbonara pasta is simply delicious, I wish it were possible to taste a table wine to accompany the dishes or a rich clericot, the Italian sodas are fine, but maybe if they need it a little syrup to improve the flavor and make it super cold, but the merit is that the pasta is made in an artisanal way, with very good flavor and at very affordable prices for the quality ingredients with which the dishes are made.
