★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6 feb 22, hice una reservación para 9 PERSONAS y 3 perros, pedí mi mesa en la terraza obvio con vista al lago.
Llegamos al lugar y el dueño, un sr. muy prepotente, grosero y mal encarado, nos corrió del lugar, que ahí no había reservaciones. Yo había hablado con una tal Paty y resulta que me equivoqué y reserve en el rest. Que está junto, su falta de habilidad para el negocio y el buen trato con el cliente lo hizo perder una venta de 2,500.00
El Sr. No tiene buena visión para el negocio, hubiera sido más hábil y fingir que se descuido con la reservación y darnos la entrada y la mesa...
El lugar en la parte de arriba estaba vacío.....
Lástima por él.
 Feb 6 22, I made a reservation for 9 PEOPLE and 3 dogs, I asked for my table on the obvious terrace overlooking the lake.
We arrived at the place and the owner, a mr. very arrogant, rude and badly faced, he kicked us out of the place, that there were no reservations there. I had spoken with a certain Paty and it turns out that I was wrong and booked at the rest. That is together, his lack of business skills and good customer service made him lose a sale of 2,500.00
Mr. does not have a good vision for the business, he would have been more skillful and pretended to be careless with the reservation and give us the ticket and the table...
The place at the top was empty.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es algo rústico, tranquilo. Respecto de la comida tiene buen sazón pero las porciones son algo reducidas, así que si llevan mucha hambre o son de diente afilado no es su lugar. Por otro lado el servicio no es malo pero en definitiva no es el mejor. La atención de los meseros es algo apática y sería. Podría mejorar en definitiva. En conclusión no es un mal lugar pero podría mejorar bastante.
The place is somewhat rustic, quiet. Regarding the food, it has good seasoning but the portions are somewhat small, so if you are very hungry or have sharp teeth, it is not your place. On the other hand, the service is not bad but it is definitely not the best. The waiters' attention is somewhat apathetic and would be. Could definitely improve. In conclusion it is not a bad place but it could improve a lot.
